Sept. & Oct. 2022
With the Hurricane season (hopefully) over, the Wild Rumpus can now move North. The crew flys in today (I'm actually at the Victory bar waiting for their arrival - and hence have Wi-Fi enough to post).

Grenada is a tropical paradise, with the heat and humidity to keep the island green and lush. My folks, and some friends got the lucky chance to visit while we were here.
The water is the only place to escape the sauna, be that sailing on it, or submerged under. Stacey & I struggled to balance all the work & cleaning the boat needed, and the chance to explore the island. "Rust never Sleeps" as Neil Young so aptly put, and a new boat still has issues as much as any boat out there😳.

From here we sail to the US Virgin Islands (some 450 miles north). Where we will
spend the season exploring the British Virgin Islands and hopefully much more, with the Wild Rumpus out for crewed charter guests to rent. Yes that means Stacey & I are NOT retired! I actuality feel I'm working way more now than I ever did as a Park Ranger ( it's physical work, where rangering was more social and fun - minus the drunks and dead bodies that is...)
We miss all our Family and Friends so much, but making new "cruising/charter" friends everywhere we go👍
Cheers everyone

So glad that your friends got to visit. Yes, you are not retired. Living an adventure, but lots of work. You can do it. Steve and I have February 18 to the 26th available to travel. Any chance you know where you will be, and have availability for the two of us? What's the best way to communicate and book a trip?
